Spanish Language Boot Camp -- a six-week class that's fun, easy and affordable!

The average adult can speak a foreign language confidently in a relatively short time. At the Lakeshore Ethnic and Diversity Alliance Spanish Language Academy Boot Camp, you’ll see that you’re never too old to learn a second language, it doesn’t have to require a lot of time, and it can be affordable.

Boot Camps take place at the offices of the Lakeshore Ethnic Diversity Alliance, housed in the Macatawa Resource Center in Holland.

In this informal environment, you’ll quickly discover how painless and straightforward it can be to learn Spanish. You will develop confidence and Spanish competence through structured training, exercises, and verbalizing, all while having fun and making new acquaintances. All this for just $100!

Because we want your experience to be fun and beneficial, we ask that you take 5-10 minutes to complete a short online Spanish language quiz. The instructor will review your responses and contact you by email to discuss the best boot camp for you.

  • Kick off with an introduction to native speaker pronunciation.
  • Learn greetings and introductions.
  • Develop a foundation of effective vocabulary.
  • Practice universal encounters.
NOTE: Start date may change depending on number of students registered. Class must reach 12 registered participants in order to start on the listed date.
Students will be notified in advance if the start date is changed due to low registration.

Required course book: “Easy Spanish Step By Step,” by Barbara Bregstein.
